Some causes of low vacuum

Different grades of Vacuum Pump Oil, because the saturated steam pressure in different grades of oil is not the same, so the effect is not the same. Solution: Replace the correct new vacuum pump oil according to the Structural Parts of the product model specifications.


2, was pumping gas temperature may be too high.  The solution: to reduce the temperature of the gas being drawn, or you can add a corresponding heat exchanger.

3, the pump in the oil barrier or poor, the pump cavity does not maintain a certain amount of oil.  Solution: check whether the smooth flow of oil, plus the same type of vacuum pump oil.

4, the other is also due to the low vacuum caused by the vacuum pump oil situation, that is, vacuum pump oil emulsification discoloration, or too dirty.  The solution: put all the pump vacuum pump oil, replace the same type of vacuum pump oil, and to be pumping gas in the water vapor and impurities do not enter the pump.

5, with the gap to change.  This is the long-term exhaust gas containing dust, etc., resulting in increased wear between the rotating plate and the stator gap.  Solution: check the gap is too large, replace the new parts.
